  • A mini case study on a pediatric patient with liver disease in which I estimated her level of illness and conducted corresponding Nutrition Care Plan on dietary recommendations and disease management.

 

 

• GI- diverticulosis

  • A mini case study on a patient with GI problems in constipation and diverticulosis due to inadequate fiber and fluid intake. I assessed his regular dietary intake and came up with MNT goals and PES statements for him.
